The Pirate Party Australia is an Incorporated Association, the association having been successfully incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1984 in New South Wales (NSW). The name 'Pirate Party Australia' has been formally reserved, and the formal name of the incorporated association is 'Pirate Party Australia Incorporated' or 'Pirate Party Australia Inc'.
The incorporated association is regulated by our adopted constitution (currently version 2.1), and was formally created on November 20, 2009.
Our Incorporation Number is 'INC9892438'.

1) Create constitution or use the model rules or combination of both.
2) Reservation of name. In our case 'Pirate Party Australia'. Cost - $42.00
3) Submit application to incorporate with copy of constitution. Cost - $109.00
