Create and update voter participant data > create poll motions from template > run a test > update template as needed > open the poll > system generates a token per voter > system sends an email to each voter with a url containing their token > voters click on the URL, enter their motion vote preference and candidate vote preferences, click submit > data is sent to the server, system verifies the input and registers the voting data > user sees a web page update with a message stating that their vote is record > poll administrator sends out a manual 24 hour notice to users advising end of poll > poll administrator closes the poll > unused tokens are marked invalid > poll administrator extracts the poll data into a usable offline form
