About the Committee

Established by article 12 of the Pirate Party's Constitution, the Dispute Resolution Committee's role is to resolve internal disputes between members and with regard to the Party's Constitution. There are three members of the Dispute Resolution Committee, who are elected for a two year term at the Annual National Congress. Before making an application to resolve a dispute, members must attempt to resolve the dispute between themselves, or with the assistance of the Deputy President.

Rules of Procedure

The Committee's dispute resolution process is governed by its Rules of Procedure.

Applications

In accordance with the Committee's Rules of Procedure, referrals, complaints and requests made to the Committee are termed 'applications'. Applications are listed here by year, number and applicant.
