Send Email to all vic members calling for nominations including requirements:

Candidates need to provide:

• Written statement

• Prefered electorate / region

• Video introduction submission

within 2 weeks

Monday 13th Aug: reminder email

Saturday 18th Aug: reminder email

Monday 20th Aug : Melbourne Meeting

Open to all -

• 5pm close nominations
• 6:30pm Open meeting to discuss nominations
• Ballots if required

Monday 27th Aug: Melbourne Meeting

Open to all -

• 5pm ballots closed
• 5:30pm Open meeting to discuss results
• Prepare submissions to National Level

Friday 31st Aug: deadline for NC submission as set at congress
