Ratification of previous meeting's minutes

Branch materials authorisation process

• We need an authorisation process for party promotional materials.
• Since branches arent fully autonomous, proposal that we have to get NC authorisation to publish

• Proposal to add Chanel Gronowski to NSW BFWG

TPP web campaign

• A handy resource/promotional/info page on TPP needs to be created
• Easily digestible and sharable
• Some resources here that could be drawn from if need be https://pirateparty.org.au/wiki/Issues/TPP
• Mel to kick off content creation with a view to complete within a week, everyone to contribute (see action items)

Campaigns situation

Informing officers of immediate changes

• Secretary to inform officers of details of meetings that affect them immediately after those meetings.

Banking situation update

• Mark Gibbons to look into the banking situation as Ben is snowed under.

• MOTION: To create Resolution-2013-5 with the following text: "All promotional materials of the Party, including those created for the promotion of the formation of State and Territory branches, must be authorised by the National Council."
