NSW Fair Trading

• Fletcher Boyd provided an update on correspondence in August and financial return for this 2015-2016
• Remaining tasks require coordinating with David Campbell payment of submission fees for previous years, expected to be around $500

Tallship Party

• Simon Frew provided an update
  • Stressed the importance of promoting the event over the coming weeks including maybe a press release
  • Requested the event be added to the Party website homepage, Thomas Randle agreed to make the changes
• Miles Whiticker intends to work with David Read to develop some slogans and flyers for the event

Pirate Bureau

• Simon Frew raised a need to modify the Terms of Reference for the Bureau group due to change gallery software requirements
• Simon Frew advised the Bureau was holding its first meeting on the 2016-10-06 at 8:30 AEST
• Simon Frew advised the Bureau's image gallery was now host and the group had gained a few members

AEC Returns

• David Crafti provided an update that returns for the Party 2015/2016 financial year were basically complete
• Remaining task was submitting finalised information once provided by Mark Gibbons (Treasurer)

General Business

• David Crafti advised he has contacted the Party's 2016 Federal Election candidates to confirm whether they have received correspondence from the AEC regarding funding disclosures
• Brief discussion around whether pull up banners request a political advertising authorisation line
• Brief discussion around the design of pull up banners
• Simon Frew reminded the meeting of the need to progress the Member Database project
