flyer/shirt distribution

  • it is desired to have some Pirate-Fusion-logo shirts
    • "screen print or kill-a-unicorn?" - Alex

APF scorecard

  • Andrew & Dave takes it on behalf of PPAU on behalf of Fusion

Preselection meeting

  • Let's get Adam on the ballot!
  • Sunday 3rd of April
  • 3pm Sydney time / 1pm Perth
  • on text chat and livestreamed
  • 6 day voting period to squeak in before Fusion SGM candidate announcements

Fusion DRC

  • As previously discussed, Fusion need people to staff their DRC
  • all of our DRC people have consented to serve

JA campaign things

  • John has been invited by a local commerce chamber to give a talk April 11th
  • IP talk April 13th
  • YouTube speech in the works
  • "What processes do I need to get them released under the Fusion banner?"
    • wearing a Fusion shirt would indeed be nice
    • "watermark the video with your name, Pirate and Fusion wordmarks. done"
    • Plans to put an ad in the local

Flyer discussion cont'd

  • Mandrke's experience letterboxing suggests A5 sometimes needs to be folded, so stick with DLs for that
  • Lots of stuff in the Fusion Canva account now :)
  • AusPost unaddressed is 16.5 cents per flyer
  • We haven't even started thinking about our digital spend yet eeeeeeeek

  • MOTION: hold a preselection meeting this Sunday the 3rd of April at 3pm Sydney time / 1pm Perth time over text chat and livestreamed video call. Post-voting period to end midnight AWST Saturday 9th April. Announcement email to go out tonight.
