Fusion report-backs

• Simon (Pirate), Andrea O and Kammy (both Vote Planet) are running in Vic state election
• some debate as to just how much Fusion can support them as indies
• Need to ensure probity with regard to bank accounts etc as to how we support them
• Fusion PDC ToR approved
• also, there's a formal Fusion name-change discussion process up

Recurring Fraudulent Direct Debits

• _someone_ has managed to lodge several decidedly unasked-for DDs
• one in April was disputed but 1 more in june and 2 more in July
