- Mark: With existing work groups nearing completion, time is right to form the remaining ones so members can see where we're going.
- Mel volunteers to chair education working group - work group formed.
- Mark to chair foreign policy & cultural policy - work groups formed.

- Joe: Privacy work group nearing conclusion
- Mark offers civil liberties draft policy for provisional feedback
- Meeting closes.
Motions
- Motion: That the PDC will develop policies related to arts & culture. A working group will be formed chaired by Mark Gibbons which will form a proposal including detailed policy and polly tables to be presented at least two weeks prior to next party Congress.

- Motion: That the PDC will develop an education policy. A working group will be formed chaired by Melanie Thomas which will form a proposal including detailed policy and polly tables to be presented at least two weeks prior to next party Congress.
