Request Tracker/Logging in and out of RT
Logging In
To log into RT, navigate to http://support.pirateparty.org.au in your preferred browser. RT should work in the latest release of all modern browsers and on most Android and iOS based mobile devices. Your username is usually the same as your Pirate Party Australia e-mail account and the password is as supplied to you by the IT Work Group.
Always remember to log out if your computer will be left unattended or is shared with another person!
Logging Out
To log out of RT, hover your mouse over the drop down menu "Logged in as [username]" and click "Logout".

As a security precaution, RT will require you to re-authenticate once every 24 hours. This is normal behaviour and is not a bug in the system or your browser.
