Social media project

General update and discussion on progress of the social media project, Sam has continued with designs.

David has registered twitter accounts after coordination with NC members on process of approval for the registration of new accounts.

Sam to prepare final version for approval at next NC meeting

Action items: David to prepare the deliverables and coordination plan with states, as well as text for state twitter (might also be a good chance to let them know we're about to help) Wlp, to finish off for final approval of the twitter design

Data retention

Update from Thomas

David to assist in preparing content from our National Security Inquiry submission, Thomas to continue planning work, find openpad for Daivd doc.

Party registration campaign

Update from Thomas

David to work on script for his video message to members with Thomas

Website redevelopment strategy

Update from Thomas

Thomas to prepare plan and documentation of changes for each stage.

Federal election strategy

Update from Thomas that this effort is blocked by lack of resources

Campaign Committee expansion

Action item: add to next general meeting agenda that this committee is looking to increase in size by one to two members for campaigns and strategy work.
