New mailing list for CSWG

Thomas provide update on new mailing list for the Creative Service Work Group discussion to migrate there.

Discussion around a leadership role for the CSWG, vote delayed until the next meeting for Thomas to create a position description for the role

Website content

Update from Thomas on completing Milestone 1 from the Website Enhancements Information Architecture, content went live the day before Party registration. A lot more content in need of writing, more writers needed.

Update from Thomas on the new website theme, homepage banner area remaining to be completed.

Discussion on building a pirate media / books / documentaires resources collection for the website

Action item: David to work on trade agreements content page for website

Introduce new volunteers

Introduction from Jonathan Carroll, helping with data retention reseach

Introduction from Luke Housego, looking to help treasury and with data retention campaign.

Extra discussion

The committee is in need of more members to assist with the workload
