Work in Progress - WIP

  • Projects listed in Trello
  • each member of the campaigns committee should be taking on projects or coming up with something themselves
  • discussion re workflow, feedback, direction etc - communication with Elections Committee, needing more regular meetings


Fundraiser

Other discussions

  • We should all read "Swarmwise" PDF
  • proposal for weekly meetings on Sundays - See motions.
  • Summary emails etc
  • The Election Committee should be telling other committees what they need.
  • Feenicks/DanielJ and DavidCampbell to meet about some trello/wiki crossover options
  • New standup meeting format proposed
  • also can dump info in IRC

Sunny Kalsi

  • Last Week: Twitter Slacktivism
  • Next Week: Twitter Slacktivism; Co-ordinate T-Shirt designer.
    • Thomas to email Sunny re designer details.

Emma Roberts

  • Last week I completed half of a draft for the Website Issue of "Artists and the Internet" and edited part of the Copyright Issue text
  • Next week I will have both these complete and at least half of either the Transparency and FOI issue or Free Culture Issue

Chanel

  • I spoke to the "Terms and Conditions may apply" people
    • already have plans for a Sydney showing
      • doesn't seem likely to happen
  • I also called venues around sydney to see how much people charge so if we need a venue for something quickly we have somewhere to go to
  • this week I wanna start working on some sort of fundraising event
  • and keep going with the website for campaign funding
    • For fundraising, some ideas have been suggested, especially a dinner at a place such as Essen

David Campbell

  • this week I am working on trade agreements text for the website
  • and working on better access to our comittee through the wiki with Feenicks|Daniel
  • and sorting out processes for people to fall back on for cc and wikifying them
    • so we have things to fall back on when lost
  • last week I did sweet fa for CC

Thomas Randle

  • Last week I called a campaigns meeting! :)
  • Breifed Jordan K on a script for a ppau meta data video, which is he writing
  • Worked with Jordan M on the fundraiser web application for group purcahsing and candidate fundraising
  • Worked with Roderick to get the graphics stock the German pirates have been using for our own campaign
  • still need to find a designer with Adobe Illustrator
  • so this week, my other big issues around around internal party communications and email templates and branding the fundraiser app
  • I'll just add that I'll also progress quotes for banners, pull up and flags via email
