• Fletcher has already been informed that his application was received: RoP r 3(1).
• Next steps:
  • Mozart will inform Fletcher that his application is to be pursued and request submissions: RoP r 5(1).
  • Notifying the members:
    • Hayden will draft an email notifying the members and requesting submissions: RoP r 5(3).
    • Mozart will notify the members and request submissions via the forum: RoP r 5(3).
    • Mozart will make arrangements for sending out the email.
  • The deadline for submissions will be 11:59 pm on Tuesday, 6 September 2016: RoP r 5(3)(b).
