Campaign Message (Frew)
- Use #VotePirate in the corner on all posters.
- Election Slogan- Prepare for Change.
- Queensland members are designing an app that contains policies etc for Android. -LiamP
- Informational 3-fold flyer. -Brendan.
- Using Trello to get materials approved. -Rundll
Strategy (Frew)
- General discussion about production of materials.
- Online shop -Taco
- Need following merchandise:
- T-Shirts
- Pins
- Stickers
- David Campbell has access to programmable embroidery sewing machine
- Need to get all members involved in election campaign
- Joe Miles to speak at Gov Hack in Melbourne.
- Need materials ASAP better to have something, than to wait for the best designs possible

- Frew given title of Campaign Director.
Logistics (Frew)
- Working on better payment systems to collect donations. Need this ASAP.
- Need to fundraise at least $12,000 and need as much as possible.
- Put motion to the NC for election funding and possible loan
Press regulations (Mozart)
- Normal clearance procedures apply (press officer and secretary)
- Press releases dealing with party policies and candidates to be sent out at the call of the campaign's officer. Candidates provide quotes for these where practical.
- Press releases relating to general current affairs and party matters will be dealt with normally. Any appropriate officer or candidate of the Party to provide quotes.
- Candidates may initiate their own press releases (with normal clearance).
- All questionnaires to be completed by candidates where possible and appropriate (with normal clearance).
- Ambiguity above to be resolved at the discretion of the press officer, secretary and campaigns officer.
