- Taco will follow up the prior email sent.
- Also, Taco: "The greens are switching to a national negotiator, and I haven't heard anything further from that"
- Comment from Frew that preference process "... will work best as a demonstration of us practising what we preach, unsure how it will go down with other Parties"

Campaigns Report
Approved flyers / printing costs
- we have two approved flyers now, feenicks has another 2 A4 posters coming as well, they just missed the deadline of the stuff we approved today
- Thomas Randle would like to get the NC to spend about $150 getting as many of these printed up as possible:
- Epic discussion on logistics of printing, printing options, locations, prices etc etc ensued, also comments on "Printed by/at" AEC guidelines.
- DL Size info: DL 99 × 210 common flyer 1/3 of an A4
- want to have a supply for the TPB:AFK Screening
- Blue unlikely to be done in time via printery locations so will take time and find best price.
- a note to try ensure this is sorted earlier next time
- David shall print a Black and White supply from home.
- We will arrange to have the blue version produced at a later date to acceptable standards at that time
Redesign the membership registration process/welcoming/party intro
- 3 people to help redesign the membership registration process/welcoming/party intro
- Sunny Kalsi wrote a doc on how to start helping if you're a new member
- Existing welcome email text: http://openpad.me/80GATCOlpx
- Thomas is concerned that the existing welcome email is too wordy
- would like: the welcome message broken into _multiple_, styled with pretty html, and a few sent covering the different topic areas
- ie: how the party is managed, how to get involved
- He also believes every new member must be automatically signed up to the announcements list
- Sunny offers to assist in content for this
- would like: the welcome message broken into _multiple_, styled with pretty html, and a few sent covering the different topic areas
- dada mail integration issues raised but not discussed at this time
- New website issues menu content to start going out next week, as a day by day release pushed on social media.
- Thomas will finish off and we'll start releasing them next week as a series
Social media sharing assets
- More social media sharing assets, one for each core principle and join/donate items
- popular with the audience, we should make more
Official Campaign launch
- Discussion on timing during congress.
- tending towards Saturday afternoon, but Thomas would prefer morning
- further discussion to occur over email
Campaign Fundraiser launch
- No Details, comments on if it should coincide with above
Screening Nights =
- Discuss this another time, holdover to next meeting.
- Possible venue in Newcastle, Beaumont St, Hamilton (Newcastle Crew Meetup Location)
