National General Meetings are usually held every second Tuesday at 8pm AEST in IRC channel #ppau

To Facilitate the smooth running of meetings the following rules are in force:

Rules

  • Feel free to add anything reasonable you wish to the end of the agenda, and it will be discussed.
  • There is one speaker per agenda item noted in brackets.
  • Discussion on each agenda item will commence upon the speaker finishing.
  • When you have finished speaking on your item, ask for question and comments.
  • Wait until a speaker indicates they have finished before making comments.
  • People not conducting themselves as if in a meeting will be kicked (out).

The agenda for each meeting should be found in an openpad.me or piratenpad.de pad, the link to which will be advertised in IRC prior to meeting commencement.

  • Minutes are usually taken down live in this pad prior to transfer to the wiki, however at times the minutes may be derived after the fact from the irc chatlog.
