• Meeting opened 18:30
• Minutes of previous meeting not accepted as no one present at current meeting was present at previous meeting. However attendees of current meeting believes they are an accurate representation of matters at the current moment.
• Meeting adjourned for 10 minutes to see if anyone else turns up. Peter notes that mid-winter meetings of many voluntary organisations are poorly attended because, well it's rather cold out....
