A motion was passed at the last congress to form a campaigns committee.
Brendan's envisaged system: NC appoints committee head, committee can fire the head.
Campbell: the NC would need oversight in case the committee became apathetic.

Preliminary internationally agreed date of action is September 15.
Weekend of September 11, a good week to bring focus to civil liberties, gov transparency, privacy issues etc.

To choose Ross House as 2012 congress venue (http://www.rosshouse.org.au/facilities/list), and for Rodney to owe Frew a beer.
Motion passes 5 in favour, 1 absent.
To elect Stuart Biggs as provisional ACT Coordinator, with formalisation of this position conditional on an election mechanism to be decided at the first formal meeting of PPAU-ACT.

To rename of Head of Media Relations to Press Officer and Head of IT/Systems to IT Officer.
- Motion passes 4 in favour, 2 absent.
To rename IT/Systems Committee to IT Work Group.
- Motion passes 4 in favour, 2 absent.

Frew to call Ross House to book venue for Congress from 14-15 July.
- Call a meeting if problems.
Rodney to drop into Bendigo bank ASAP and clear up bank details.
Make the webpage clearer and indicate the email as a better place for formal answers.
To start planning for FNF2012.
