Minutes

Data Retention Policy

  • Platform needs to be updated
    • Need a specific Data Retention policy.
    • Updates to Privacy section.
    • Relevant Constitution Article: 4.2.3: Where circumstance of urgency are apparent and declared, the National Council may make policy, that shall be considered official, however that policy is subject to vote at the next National Congress, and is subject to the same conditions as those above.

Fortnightly announcement emails

  • Fortnightly announcement emails will be sent on Mondays.

Banking

  • Rodney is corresponding with Paypal and attempting to open an account.
  • NC members still neet to identify at Bendigo Bank.

  • Motion: accept the minutes of the last meeting.
    • 5 ayes.
    • Motion passes.
  • Motion: Motion: accept the ToR for PWG and CRWG.
    • 6 ayes.
    • Motion passes.
  • Motion: appoint Brendan Molloy as Programming Officer.
    • 6 Ayes.
    • Motion passes.




Action Items

  • Brendan will make a process for people to have relevant information added to the announcement (emails).
  • "Brendan: action item: someone write the chunk they want sent for data retention policy."
  • Register the domain thoughtcrime.org.au
  • Rodney to follow up with PayPal.
