Accept Meeting Minutes of last meeting.
- Held over to next meeting due to informal nature of this meeting
AEC issue
- Minor clarification on may be needed in constitution pending feedback from AEC
Banking update
- Bendigo documents being sent via post, need to attain signatures from David Crafti & Sam Kearns, will be done as soon as the post makes the circuit. Bendigo requires that the signatures all be on the same application. Very cumbersome - for some reason some of the forms some of you filled out ended up in Camberwell, not Bexley, and Bexley sent the forms to Camberwell, and they've had to be returned. What I don't even. Progressing as fast as it can.
- This is standard procedure for banking in Australia after AML came in.
- Paypal can accept funds, just they can't be dispersed at this stage, still a few items that have to be resolved, issue re: non-profit seems to be a stickler. Aiming to call them and discuss the issue either this week, or early next week. Dont forsee any big hurdles, should be ready for the registration announcement, need it to attain funds.
- Roderick requests letterheaded meeting minutes where creation of paypal account was motioned. (pad here). Ditto for Flattr and also discussion/motion re this next meeting.
