Approve previous meeting minutes

- David has informed Mark by e-mail of the Victorian coordinator replacement.
- Brendan has forgotten to e-mail Senator Ludlam, although he has thanked him on twitter and spoken to his P.A. Felicity while at ADA to pass on our thanks.
- IRC Code of Conduct added to the wiki and linked in the channel topic by Brendan for Mozart.
Motion to add membership levels (temporary constitutional amendment)

- Written by Mozart based on Brendan's proposal.
- Implementation of the 2011 resolution.
- Will be put to the members for voting (7 day period) and then made an operational/temporary amendment (clause 7.4) before a final vote at the Congress.
- Vote on motion delayed to next NC meeting due to short notice.
Motion to amend preselection bylaw
- Background checks to be submitted only if preselection candidates pass the preselection vote, and before the formal nomination period.
- Lowers cost to potential candidates to $0 unless they win.
- Rudimentary honesty test to verify candidates disclosed items of potentail concern prior to voting.
Approval of new join form
- Generated tax invoice cleared by Rodney (Treasurer) are legally compliant.
- New join form to be deployed on the weekend.
- Solution is being developed for Rodney and Sam to manage payments - verification of membership payment requires manual intervention currently as Paypal instant payment notifications are not yet fully functional.
- News members will be sent two emails - a "welcome" e-mail and an invoice e-mail. Existing members will be sent an e-mail that asks for payment type.
Note: Programming Working Group has a new Python developer who is working on the crowdfunding platform
Banking update
- Letters have not been received from Bendingo Bank yet.
- Reodney will ring Bendigo tomorrow to chase up.
- PPAU services currently being paid through the Paypal account.
- $500+ in donations from the past month alone.

April Policy & Preselection Meeting
- Only 6 RSVPs so far, another call will be oput out in the enxt announcement e-mail.
- Simon to ring venue for confirmation of booking.
- Minimum attendance required is 15 paying attendees.

- Currently no candidates in Victoria as Mark S. and David C. have withdrawn.
- Three possible candidates in NSW.
