PPI Withdrawal
- Motion put to email in a Call to Vote to ensure non-present members of NC can vote
- See Motions
- PPAU to apply for a downgrade of PPI membership to observer member.
- Email them to the effect of:
- Dear PPI Board, PPAU requests that their membership is changed to "Observer Member" as soon as possible..
- No need to bloat it with lengthy statements (reasoning should be obvious)
Banking
- Bank numbers:
- Following translation bill, $946.64 in the transactions acct and $6453.74 in savings for total assets of $7400 or so
- No Visa card yet
- MarkG has telephone hookup with Meagan at ANZ to sort it out as "something's stuck somewhere"
- not a serious hangup bankwise, but serious for us since it's still not done :-(

- Frew posted around some suggestions
- avoid anything that requires major organisation from us
- Choice already has a bunch of petitions going and is planning a concerted effort so perhaps we should wait a week and see what comes of it
- We can have memes etc produced but that is reliant on good ideas going to design
- Remember: there is a google form you can use to request these things

- ensure lapse of getting monthly brief out on time doesnt occur again

- Ben needs to respond by the 29th Dec meeting lest treasurer position be declared vacant.
