We've had an increasing issue lately with NC members not notifying us when they're going to be absent from meetings
- Obviously there's times when it's not possible to do let us know beforehand but it's becoming an issue with meeting quorum or more specifically, whether we know we're not going to be able to
- Right now there's probably no need to take things further in terms of motions but Fletcher will be sending out an email tonight to remind everyone
If a member is not attending meetings continuously without reason, Secretary should privately email to ask why

Brendan will add the Audit code stuff this weekend (for the emailing of members regarding details for AEC audit purposes)
- basically each member will get an email with three options:
  - "Do you consent to ..." etc
  - "Update details"
  - "Resign from party"
- an email will be sent back for each response
Brendan unavailable from April 18 to May 1.
Data retention avoidance page still need work
- Brendan will have a go at marking up/de-uglyfying it when content done.
Tasmania should start looking at getting the ball rolling for state registration. 50 members, need 100 to register.
