Since Brendan is driving so as to pick the PA etc and needs parking close to venue he can use the parking at the hotel Keating is staying at.
- $35 per day
- See motion for $70 parking payment approval

Vodaphone SIM is obtained and paid for
PA is paid for
Emailed RSL today for last minute arrangements, room layout etc.
Discussion topics tentatively set as:
- Membership engagement and utilisation of social media
- Internal party organisation and paid positions
- Constitutional Reform for Australia
Never managed to arrange a Keynote speaker
Reminder to Ben and Mark for Finance report
Finalising programme document
Agenda set and published
Any extra motions will/can arise as floor motions on the day

DanielJ and Frew spoke over phone to Greens Senator Lee Rhiannon
- She contacted us.
- Vague on topic, but wants to meet in person to discuss
- We suspect it might be in relation to senate electoral reforms since she is the Greens person on that front:

- She will come to Wollongong
- MarkG would like to participate which would be a good idea.
- Will keep NC informed of what is happening
May be worth formalising party stance on where we stand in regard to GVTs, voting reform etc.
