• Simon Frew mentions Congress wiki page requires creation.
  • Secretariat tasked to progress.
• David Crafti requests information on previous Audio/Visual hire requirements.
  • Thomas Randle provided details of last year's Congress via email.
• Simon Frew raised opportunity for further Constitutional changes should anyone be interested.
  • Simon Frew suggests a first step for National Council members is a strategy meeting.
  • Michael Keating recommends re-consideration of the National Council structure change proposal that was attempted last year.
  • Peter Fulton queries member survey results, which are still delayed due to IT issues.
