Congress Announcements

• Wiki page 90% done, mailout will be drafted and sent Thursday night
• David has collected quotes for gear based on the requirements for last year. Not sure on the internet, projector, and stream camera
  • Tom has the camera from last year
  • David will attempt to source a projector through work
  • Internet for attendees can be done through 4G, the venue is in the CBD
• Fletcher is collecting interest in renomination
  • David, Peter, and Keating won't be
  • Simon, Thomas, Emily, and Mark will
  • Andrew probably won't
• Eventbrite to be used for tickets, same as last year
  • Login tied to Secretary, Fletcher will set up

Tax time email

• Thomas has forwarded an example campaign email for tax time using his pad -> html script.

• Alex Jago has written a basic income script, Simon will attempt to record it
