- Wiki page 90% done, mailout will be drafted and sent Thursday night
- David has collected quotes for gear based on the requirements for last year. Not sure on the internet, projector, and stream camera
- Tom has the camera from last year
- David will attempt to source a projector through work
- Internet for attendees can be done through 4G, the venue is in the CBD
- Fletcher is collecting interest in renomination
- David, Peter, and Keating won't be
- Simon, Thomas, Emily, and Mark will

- Eventbrite to be used for tickets, same as last year
- Login tied to Secretary, Fletcher will set up

- Thomas has forwarded an example campaign email for tax time using his pad -> html script.
