Previous Meeting Minutes (Tom)

  • Peter noted his abstention from voting for the minutes is because he wasn't present at the meeting.

AEC audit (Tom)

• Tom reports that he sent updated constitution and member list to AEC on 2017 01 10. Minor changes were 3 resignations and around 20 minor detail changes. Received response indicating they will conduct random sampling later that week.

General Business

• Tom wishes to commence work on meeting and report standards with Frew and Miles.
  • Frew is available soon, is currently trying to get that ICT encryption review done.
• Peter and Tom have met to discuss offloading some of Tom's workload starting with these minutes.
• Tom asked Alex to add/check the graphics repo.
• Emily suggested we discuss Federal ICAC, however Tom suggested that it was best left to the Party discussion forums for now.
