• Stickers: Miles has actioned the stickers, est delivery (to Miles) 2nd-8th July
• Congress venue: booked, all that needs to happen is key pickup the day before
  • Bryn is fine for that.
  • Bond is refundable, should be fine there
• Congress hardware:
  • Bryn has contacted a local audio place:
    • mixer, 6 mics, stands, speakers, EQs, etc: $260/day
    • then noted that two mics needed to be wireless: $400/day
    • this is out of budget, so let's work it down
    • Alex suggests we need three mics, not six: one for the presenter/chair, one for the Speaker for the Chat, one wireless for audience roving (and maybe not even an audience one)
