Alex reimbursement for ad spends

  • Alex was approved to spend $500 on digital advertising
  • Actually spent a bit over double that, $1071.54
  • details emailed to NC
  • "I think I made it pretty clear in previous meetings that I was in favour of spending big" - Miles
  • John flags some potential handover issues with the bank account.
    • Alex may need to still be involved in the transaction in a pinch, but would prefer not to for probity reasons.
    • John to figure out what's going on, visiting branch if necessary.
