Standard: Member Resignation Process

Purpose

Formally resign a member

Resignation Process

• If resignation request is received via means other than email, request that they email [email protected] (or [email protected] ??)
• .... not worth documenting login etc. perl command etc since should ideally change in time
• Search for member in database
  • via Email
  • If not found via email, search via surname
  • If not able to be found, reply to resigning member to clarify personal details
• Resign member (detail command or whatever)
• Email resigning member to confirm that they have been resigned
  • If they have not previously stated, enquire as to why they have resigned etc
