In the section -

Employment shall pay the national minimum wage, and contain all of the existing benefits and expectations of private employment, including superannuation, sick leave and annual leave.'

Sick leave should instead refer to 'Personal & Carer's Leave'. This covers both sick leave and carer's leave, which both come from the same leave allowance. This also matches how the leave is referred to in the National Employment Standards (NES).

Rather than an expectation of private employment, these entitlements are protected under the NES. All Australian employees are covered by the NES. This section could instead be changed to state, 'national minimum wage, and entitlements covered by the National Employment Standards (NES)'.
