- In art 1(1) replace 'From hereinafter in this document, Pirate Party Australia shall be' with 'In this document Pirate Party Australia is'.
- In art 1(2) replace the first instance of 'shall' with 'must' and the second instance of 'shall' with 'is to'.
- In arts 1(3) and 10.1(1) replace 'shall begin' with 'begins'.

- Remove art 2(4).
