This page details projects being worked on by the Campaigns Committee.
The intent is to update it weekly with combined information from the weekly meetings, and the collaboration tool "Trello".

Weekly Meeting Update

We need help on all of these items and if you can spare some expertise or even have some untrained enthusiasm which could be funnelled for the greater good then it would be greatly appreciated. Please Email [email protected] or use the information on this page to get in touch with us!

This weeks meeting (11/8/13) involved:

• standup reports from members
  • Fundraiser app progressing, Thomas Randle plans to get it live.
  • Election email iist to be set up
  • Any ideas for posters etc, write stuff up and add to emails
  • Work pregessing on HOW TO VOTE Card design
  • Officeworks may be best for printing of banners in small numbers
  • Various website and wiki content pages progressing
  • Flyer hand out plan for Wollongong Uni once a clarification is gotten from the Uni which recently said it would charge us to hand out flyers !?
• Brendan got a bunch of simple t-shirts printed

Stuff arising since, or outside of, meeting:

• Launch video production stalled, will reattempt

• Order placed for election signs. Two designs being done.

• Preference votes ordering ballots have been sent out, and voting closed.
• Preference deals ballot has been sent out and voting closed.
• New flyer design done, getting tweaked. A bunch printed by David locally.
• Quotes being obtained for many thousands of How to Vote cards and flyers.
• local meetings being arranged and lots of letterbox drops and flyer handouts happening.
• plans being drawn up to allocate people to specific polling places

• All of our various forms and so on have been submitted to AEC for candidates to stand and be on ballots.
