Introduction to procedure

• Create notes under your User:<name> page e.g. User:Brendan/Notes, not in the global namespace.
• Currently notes have been written by Frew, Mozart, Emma, Ben and Andrew.
• A development page has been created.
  • The page instructs members of the WG to provide assertions. These assertions will provide the basis for developing our policy.
  • Positive only assertions.
    • "Not all blocks are blue" is bad. "A proportion of blocks are blue." is good.
  • Do not debate people's arguments to your assertions. The next working group meeting is for that.
• All understood and agreed with this process.
• Weekly meetings, with a changing day. Will be proposed soon via email.

• So assertions are limited by the terms of reference, yes? - Emma

• And Brendan, you make the call as to whether something is out of scope? - Mozart
  • Yes
• Domestic Violence against Children. Not totally clear if it's in/out of scope from what is written in TOR - Andrew
  • It is within the scope of the ToR.
