Creation of NSW Branch Formation Working Group

• WorkGorup for NSW branch formation ready to be created with the members: Sunny Kalsi, Brendan Molloy and Peter Fulton

• Tasmania under Thomas Randle is going well pulling things together
• members named in correpsiondence by Thomas as potential WG members haev been verified at PPAU members.
• Branch Creation WG to be formed with the members: Tim Serong, Craige McWhirter, Charles Gregory, Liam Batchelor, Thomas Randle, Thomas Storey, Phil Cracknell, Scott Bragg

Destruction of paper membership forms

• Brendan has old forms that need be destroyed, not necessary to retain anymore.
  • will advise on method of destruction

Branch naming convention

• Branch names: "Pirate Party Australia (Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory Branches, ACT, or NSW Branch)"
• Shortened forms will be: "Pirate Party Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory, ACT, or NSW."
• Internal abbreviations: "PPAU-Qld, -NSW, -ACT, -Vic, -Tas, -SA, -WA, -NT."

Crowdsourcing Brendan to do development work

• prima facie a good idea, NC in favour of further development of the idea.
