• Asher Wolf has had to resign due to perceived conflict of interest, effective immediately.
  • We have to refill the Social Media Team

Banking update

• Ben has signed the form and it is on its way to Brisbane for Mel to sign

Pozible update

  • $5,284 in 3 days but it's getting way trickly
  • today was only around $400, so it's halving each day - which is not good
  • Brendan proposes a meme frenzy on Facebook

  • the idea is we have about 10 of these, and ease them into the concept with the first 3-4 of them with easy to understand ones then the latter are "you know the pattern, now consider the consequences"

Melbourne Situation

• Ben not here so can't address this issue properly
• Frew to contact Ben and ensure Mark Streets receipt is taken care of - see action items

Appointment of new Tas Coordinator

• Appoint Craige McWhirter as Tasmanian State Coordinator.

• Note: Mozart and DanielJ voted aye to the motion as worded prior to meeting

WA preselection meeting plan

• We got two candidates, so we need to host a preselection meeting
• The constitution is purposely worded such that the meeting can occur online so Brendan suggests we just do a mini-congress on mumble + irc
  • no video, but we broadcast an audio stream
• Brendan will run it, and the candidates will call in

General Business

• Brendan now working part time as studying full time
• Frew working nights
• Got the TIA rev sent off today
