Brendan taking 3 months leave of absence
- suffering from burnout
this does mean that the membership db becomes responsibility of the secretariat, including finishing the dead bits.
- Fletcher is on it.
media strategy will be on the deputy president, which it largely already had been
and international whoever wishes to take it on
- although, pirateint is being successful

  - 13 parties only one week in.
So Brendan will be effectively gone from the end of this meeting for all official duties
- Anything you would need to ask Brendan can be answered by Fletcher or Mozart
Brendan will still dabble in some international issues

PPAU has resigned from PPI

At PPI Board next meeting on the weekend they are trying to "resolve" their inability to accept that it's not a registered letter
- They are planning to crowdfund $30 to send to us so we can pay for the letter.
- alternatively they will just ask the Court of Arbitration (CoA) to declare us non-members.
- Brendan also requested the CoA declare our membership invalid already
The meeting minutes also claimed Brendans resignation email wasn't PGP signed.
- Brendan changed it to "definiely pgp signed, did you even read the email?"
pirateint happens, it has #pirateint, it will soon have a configured discourse

Joe has shipped the shirts (badges and sticker packs as well)
- as of yesterday afternoon
- He had enough satchels etc left over to cover them all
Brendan has privately updated the pozible page

Brendan will be speaking at the Young Pirates Sweden conference in March
- Also meeting some Belgian pirate at some stage
- Also visiting London at some stage
Frew moving house
Daniel having some family issues that will affect availability
Davids issues have settled somewhat & back to 'business as usual' or close enough
- Will get back to mashing paperwork at NSW fair trading and will get things in order and chase up some figures from Ben this week
