• Bryn has simplified the PA equipment list as per discussion, down to $170/day
  • mixer, 3 microphones + stands, speaker + stand, cables + leads, music stand
• Second supplier waiting to hear back
  • willing to send someone on the day... checking if that's a volunteer
• Working on room movement plans
  • have to shift one room over during lunch break on Day 1 some time after 12pm ACST
    • long lunch then to allow re-setup
