Attempted account fraud
- Someone tried to direct debit the party account for $999 in late June
- This transaction was not authorised or expected...
- Transaction dispute lodged successfully, we got the money back on July 1st.
Donation system failure and donation general
- Alex: "No updates to report"
- Miles: "escalate please"
- What about crypto?
- Alex: need a rock solid way to capture donor details. Otherwise we have to return donations.
- Realistically an issue for the next Treasurer to implement.
Video mixing report back
- Miles has come up with a plan
- Mandrke taking on responsibility to be the streamer
- Video chat, probably on Jitsi, compiled and streamed to YouTube
- First test of this: 7:30pm Sat 11th.
