  • Nuclear livestream temporarily shelved
  • Democracy to include: AU Pirates, US Pirates, Flux, XR

  • Dave is still working on Liquid Feedback local setup
  • Andrew and Dave potentially to be involved in livestream, Dave to work on a potential showcase of LF as part of the stream
  • Andrew to investigate 3-5 issues to set up in LF demo

General Business

  • Update from Alex, "the party has a Visa Debit card to pay for servers; I am the new bearer of the new card."
    • Alex clarifies this is a replacement card, used for paying AWS services.
    • Dave suggested this is possibly a way to distribute petty cash if such a function was approved
  • Nick, our long serving IT volunteer, will be stepping down at the end of the month
    • Alex will be getting a hand over and taking most responsibilities until suitable help can be onboarded
    • "Some things we may simply deprecate, like the custom payments processor on the donate page"
    • EtherPad might also be a problem, breaks with large number of users
    • Critical: Wiki, WordPress, Member DB, voting server. We need to find people to help support.
    • Potential to deprecate the PPAU Forum - possibly use Liquid Feedback as an alternative
