AEC Audit preparation

  • Alex assisted on the Pirate side.
    • Texted (with script assistance) everyone whose membership expired since April 2022 to prompt renewal
    • Verified member details against the AEC
    • Email deliverability still seems an issue from that server...
    • PPAU ended up contributing almost 300 people to the combined list of about 1650

Fusion reportback

  • Andrea Leong has resigned as Fusion secretary
    • Some discomfort
  • A motion was floated (not passed) to hold off on campaigning until visioning process, business plan etc were sorted out
    • Needs a common-sense exemption for member drive
