Resolution-2011-2
Following the registration of the Party, there will be the implementation of three levels of membership: Registered Member, Free Member, Associate Member.
Registered Member
- Eligible for positions on the NC and DRC
- Full voting and motioning rights
- 12 months
- $20 fee per year
Free Member
- Ineligible for positions on the NC and DRC
- Ineligible for positions in committees, but eligible for work groups
- No voting rights, ability to motion through Registered Member's sponsorship
- 12 months
- $0 per year
Associate Member
- Ineligible for positions on the NC and DRC
- Elegible for positions in any committee, but not leader
- No voting rights, ability to motion through Registered Member's sponsorship
- 12 months
- $15 per year
Motion passed 10 February, 2011.
Resolution-2011-3
- For all expenses of $10 or less, the Treasurer may grant reimbursement at his discretion, without the permission or information of the National Council.
- For all expenses of $10 to $100, the Treasurer may grant reimbursement at his discretion, but must inform the National Council at the next meeting at latest.
- For all expenses greater than $100 must only be reimbursed after a successful motion passed by the National Council, and will be then signed-off by the Treasurer.

Resolution-2012-1
That the positions, in document Appendix A - Positions, be created, advertised for a minimum of 1 month, with final applicants to be determined by a vote of the NC.

Resolution-2012-2
Amend Resolution-2011-4 to add the line "Assist in the formation of state/territory parties".

To adopt as a resolution the Appendix B - Policy Development Committee Scope and Responsibilities document as written.
Resolution-2013-1
Amend 2011-4 to include the line: Attending General Meetings or make alternative arrangements with the National Council.

Resolution 2013-5 — Promotional materials
All promotional materials of the Party, including those created for the promotion of the formation of State and Territory branches, must be authorised by the National Council.
