Congress

• Tom has passed the equipment info needed to Nick
• Daniel has picked up the vodafone sim, $50/10Gb - $10/Gb after that
  • Will wait until after congress to motion for reimbursement as the final cost is not yet known
• Tom is picking up the AV gear on Friday

Position Statements

• Should the NC now adopt the position statement process or leave it until after Congress?

  • Position statements designed to either collate existing platform elements or interpret specific situations
  • Simon Frew doesn't see a reason to lock position statements to the PDC
  • Mozart agrees, points 1 and 4 amended, 5 removed
  • Conclusion is to put the authorisation process as FM-1

General Business

• Mark is looking for a "charity or trust registration number" to confirm our non profit status with Xero
  • Does not appear to exist for Aus political parties
