Sunny Kalsi

  • Last week I had a few goes at the t-shirt
    • none of them took too long but discussion took / is taking a while
  • wrote up the text for the how-to-vote cards

David campbell

  • Myself and DanielJ worked on this https://pirateparty.org.au/wiki/Campaigns_Committee/Current_Campaigns
    • it will continue to evolve but gives a nice portal to campaigns from the outside and will be updated on mondays after minutes etc are done for sunday meetings
  • NC approved a $600 budget for 2 pull up banners, this is acheivable easily on places like vistaprint, all local places (I've contacted 4) have not gotten back to me and have been given a week to do so, so I will be recalling around on monday morning in my lunch break

Chanel Gronowski

  • I've been putting some approved posters and stuff around uni and sydney, still yet to work with elaine on some sort of IRL Campaign schedule
    • Will work on a roster at next sydney org meeting
  • I've also got a location for a cryptoparty if we want to hold one pre-election in sydney
    • however it's in google... not sure how that would look. Also it has to be non-political so we'd have to invite at least one other party along
    • the plus for having it at google is that they provide AV, food, location, etc
    • does providing resources make them a sponsor, discusison for another time
    • cryptoparty hosted at Mozilla overseas got come flack for venue
    • I'll get more details for next week

Emma Roberts

  • Did a bit of work on the copyright and patents Website Issue, not enough though. Will attempt to finish this.
  • Plan to hand out flyers in a lunch break on campus (Uni of Wollongong)

Thomas Randle

  • I purchased legal adobe software to get at the files the germans sent us, there's a few missing linked files I've asked Roderick to go back for
    • .ai's linking to psd's
  • I did some social media stuff for today
  • and I've worked on the fundraiser app again since jordan the developer has gone quiet, though he said he'd be busy last week
  • this week, I need to get the fundraiser campaign app live
  • and I'll be do general coordination things around our efforts

Twitter Slacktivism

  • Stalled due to working on since Sunny has been working on shirts and how-to-vote but he did have initial pics\
    • how to votes and shirts a higher priority
    • Docs to be linked in trello

Website Content

Other business

  • Welcome Joe Miles to campaigns committee, new member
    • Thomas going to recommend Joe is put on the interal communications stuff, preparing member emails content and campaign email content
  • Membership registration stuff, if sunny can dig up the info/document and reforward
  • Candidates need to do their Bio's
